One of our major pharma clients needed a different approach to their quarterly sales meeting. In addition to our traditional audiovisual production services, we provided some non-conventional communications and creative services to deliver a memorable, inspirational message. Centrifuge provided full thematic conceptualization and design, strategic messaging, performance development, and immersive, engaging multi-sensory production inclusive of the general session, breakout sessions and learning environments.
Performance and Participation
Our Performance Development team ensured that our client was able to maximize the opportunities associated with this stage design. Presenters were coached on audience interaction and encouraged to bring the attendees into the conversation.
In addition to speaker coaching, we provided “Catch Boxes” or soft cube-shaped microphones that were tossed into the crowd. This fun way of engaging the audience provided the speaker with an easy ice breaker and acted as the perfect tool for encouraging participation.
