It was an honor to receive a request from our client to enhance their annual Leadership Conference with high impact production. We were thrilled to propose an array of solutions that provided a significant “wow” factor, complemented the chosen venue, and maintained focus on enhancing presentation performance.
Challenge: Building a Massive LED wall in Japan
While we were all seasoned global producers, at the time this was one of the largest international productions that we had been tasked with. When our client enthusiastically requested the massive LED wall that we proposed for this event, we knew that we had been invited to create an unforgettable experience for their attendees. We were more than ready for the challenge.
An Opening Experience Unlike Any Other
During our site visit, our Technical Directors recognized the potential in the pre-installed LED lighting built into the ballroom ceiling. We were able to tie into the existing system and coordinate lighting cues with the content onscreen. By taking advantage of this unique set up, we were able to produce a walk-in animation featuring the flags of the home countries of all of the attendees, while matching the look of the lighting to each transition. It took a considerable amount of coordination in advance and onsite, but the result was worth it!
