We were approached by our client with the challenge of turning their Tokyo Headquarters into an event space for their annual Finance Leadership Conference. For our client, this was an exciting opportunity to showcase new office space to team leaders from all over the globe. While it was new and beautifully appointed, this office building was not designed with high-level event production in mind. Building the event within the space meant that the Centrifuge team would need to approach things differently, and create a streamlined strategy for maximizing the use of available resources.
Embracing the Space
We knew how important it was to our client to showcase this location, and still have an impactful and engaging event for their attendees. The Centrifuge Team went to work selecting custom production elements, including modular backdrop, pipe and drape, and lighting to complement the existing AV in the room. By making the most of this non-traditional event space, we were able to assist planners in simplifying logistics, transportation and maximize the time that attendees had to spend together.
