Bridging the Experience
“Really impressive operations as well as effective sessions. I have joined a few [leadership conferences] and found that this time’s...is absolutely the most impactful, even comparing with the on-site [conferences].”

Studio & Set Design
The leadership conference contained a mix of in-studio one-person presentations, panel discussions between remote and in-studio presenters, along with discussions between multiple in-studio presenters. In response, we created two sets for the event: a 3D virtual set and a hard set with chairs.
For the virtual set, our Centrifuge 3D designer created a stage with a large monitor to house the client’s logo, presenter slides and remote presenters – including 17 people at the same time for a discussion with the in-studio CEO. This 3D set was superimposed over a large green screen, and our in-house camera coach with professional broadcast experience was onsite to make those who used it feel comfortable.
The second set, with four chairs, gave the event a ‘talk show’ feel and look. Broadcast-style graphics, like lower thirds for names and titles, were utilized on the hard set. Two cameras allowed alternating tight shots of the person speaking and a wide shot of the entire group.

Video Content Creation
Ahead of the event, the client expressed a need for engaging and motivating ‘pre-read’ content for the leadership conference attendees. The Centrifuge team edited a series of emotionally-compelling, intriguing and educational videos for that purpose.
The broadcast-style graphics used in these videos were consistent with the graphics used throughout the three-day event, including lower thirds, text animations, icons and more. An additional set of videos – once again consistent in style – was also created for the conference days. The videos were strategically placed throughout the agenda between presentations and panels. This created a natural breath in the show flow and seamless transitions to the next segment or break, largely removing that burden from presenters.
