The 100% in-person schedule kicked off with a pharmaceutical national sales meeting in San Antonio, Texas, a National Launch in Chicago, an environmental science leadership meeting in Raleigh, NC., and finally, an incentive meeting in Aruba!
National Sales Meeting
San Antonio, Texas – A pharmaceutical sales force gathered at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas for a National Sales Meeting. The Centrifuge Media team strategically executed the creative and production elements to boost the energy and motivation of more than 300 attendees.
The three-day event included two general session rooms, more than 20 breakout rooms, and a general session room transformed into an awards stage design.
Leadership Meeting
Raleigh, NC – An environmental science company traveled to the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree for a meeting to inform, inspire, and excite 125 attendees.
The four-day event included one general session room with large HD projectors, truss screens, scenic design, and a custom lighting package.
National Launch
Chicago, Illinois – An intimate event for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company took place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. With a large HD projector set-up, audio/lighting packages, and an aesthetically designed lounge area, the space welcomed attendees to engage in the presentations and mingle.
Incentive Meeting
Noord, Aruba – A manufacturing company traveled to the Hilton Aruba Resort to recognize employees and celebrate in paradise.
The three-day event was held in one room with 3 extra-large projectors, 3 truss screens, custom lighting, and an audio package.
